We offer free phone consultations to help families determine the best path forward—whether that’s an EarlySteps referral, private evaluation, or simple home strategies to get started.

Consultations & Environment Planning

  • Daycare/Preschool Consults (staff coaching, carryover plans)

  • Home Playroom & Environment Setup (reduce clutter, create communication-rich spaces, calm corners, toy rotation)

Programs, Resources & Support

  • Custom Home Programs (visuals, communication boards, song/game scripts, feeding plans)

  • Caregiver Workshops & Mini-Trainings (routines coaching, feeding basics, AAC at home)

  • Superbills & Reimbursement Support (private-pay with guidance for out-of-network claims)

  • Fox Speech Therapy Resources — language binders, AAC/core boards, early literacy packs, feeding visuals, classroom/therapy décor, and custom designs.

Private Pay & Superbills

We are an out-of-network private-pay practice. Many families successfully submit superbills to their insurance for partial reimbursement or to apply costs toward a deductible. We’re happy to guide you through the process.
